Swami Shivabrahmananda Saraswati chose to renounce the materialistic world vowing to devote his life towards mastering spiritual knowledge since teenager. He is well versed in Yoga Philosophy based on Vedanta, Patanjali Yoga Sutra and the Bhagwad Gita. He performed a rigorous penance on the banks of River Narmada that lasted for three years. From 2003 to 2006, he enrolled into Arsha Vidya Peetham in Rishikesh to complete the three year Vedanta course conducted by Dayananda Ashram. He was later sent to the tribal belt in Madhya Pradesh by Pujya Swami Dayananda Saraswati, where he established a Students’ Home gratis, which he managed for three years. He has also accomplished YTTC from Shivananda Yoga, Nayyar Dam (Kerala). He spread the wisdom of Yoga Philosophy in Rishikesh at many school to.local and international student. His himarious way of sharing is leading student to a level of easy understand and also unforgettable to come back to deeper their knowledge in Yoga Philosophy.

Swami Ji is easy to inspiring people around him by just a talk and smile.

Swami Ji has the thought of helping others to find the happiness and healthy lifestyle via yoga practicing. This was making him walk into healing path by exploring Sound & Reiki technique.

Swami Atmananada

Meditation, Inspirational and Spiritual Guide

Receiving the gift of Yoga from Kailash Ashram, Swami Atmananada Giri is a devotee of Guru Nutya Chaitanya Yati and has dedicated his life to the teaching of yoga and its facets. Swamiji met Guru Nitya in 1992 & his disciple, Sudhi Chaitanya in 1998 only to transgress above the everyday working of human life.

Born in Kerala, he was unaware of his spiritual capabilities but was humanitarian by nature, he wanted to help people and took up Homeopathy at Kerala and practiced Naturopathy for three years. Later on, he started in yogic practice in the year 2006 and since then there is no turning back for him.

Religiously following the Indian Vedas and Upanishads, he received his education from at Shivananda Ashram from Swami Adyatamanandaji only to become more devoted. He carried his meditation practices for four years at multiple places as a Sanyasa-mendicant. He is currently living in Rishikesh to offer the magic of light he has learnt in his due course of practice.

Retreat Leader – Yogi Tara has been practicing yoga since his childhood and has studied Raja, Hatha and Astanga yoga. His formal university education began with studying Sanskrit in which he obtained both a Bachelors and Masters degree at the Sanskrit University Haridwar. He went on to further this education and follow his true calling by also completing a Masters in Yogic Science and Vedic Philosophy at the same university.His passion for teaching began early on in life when he started giving Asana classes at Himalayan Yoga Gurukul.

This budding passion blossomed and grew as did his knowledge and personal experience. Then he started travelling around the world to explore his knowledge and experience.Yogi Tara has been teaching at the Nada Yoga School since its first Teacher training course.

He now teaches classes specializing in Hatha, Iyengar, Asthanga, Vinyasa, Philosophy, Pranayama, Meditation and sanskrit mantra chanting. In his teaching career, he hopes to bring to his students a deeper understanding of the true meaning of Yoga by bringing together theory as well as his personal experience.Yogi Tara defines his success as being those moments in which imparting his knowledge and interacting with his students brings about a transformational change in their lives. Yogi Mann Harjai

Yogi Mann is a very calm and humble yoga practitioner who is always ready to help others in whatever way he can, be it guiding or counseling, teaching the techniques of pranayama and mediatation or teaching the therapeutic effects of Yoga. His main intention is to share with others the real essence of Yoga by which we can make the best use of this human form of life.

His spiritual journey started in teenage when he was quite inquisitive about the deeper truths of life. In search for the real goal of life he came across this beautiful process of Yoga and started practicing it. By divine arrangement he met his Guru and very soon within few years he got inclined to the yogic practices and got transformed from an aggressive and stressed person to a calm and peaceful soul.

He graduated as a Computer Science Engineer from IP University, Delhi. After experiencing the corporate life for sometime he realized that this rat race is not matching his serene personality. He left his job and joined the Ashram for few years to deepen his spiritual practices. He completed few certifications and teacher training courses from different schools in Rishikesh and is presently an E-RYT 500 registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. After that he completed his Masters in Yoga-MSC(Yoga) from one of the most prestigious Yoga University in India-SVYASA, Bangalore.

Since last few years he started sharing about the science of Yoga to people from around the world in different schools and NGO’s. He has conducted several workshops in schools for teachers and children to help them in their studies and improve their health in a holistic way. Currently he teaches Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Yin Philosophy, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting and Kirtan Yoga in different Teacher Training Courses in Rishikesh.

He is extremely excited to see yoga become more recognized by medical professionals as a both a preventive measure as well as a treatment tool. He believes yoga is fantastic for both injury prevention and relief and would like to continue educating others about the human body and it’s beauty in our yoga practice. Rahul Gupta

Hatha Yoga and Pranayama Teacher with more than 10 years’ experience.

He completed his yoga education (Yoga Teacher Training Course, Advanced Yoga teacher Training Course and Sadhana Intensive Course) at Sivananda Yoga in 2013 and also he finished his Yoga Instructor Course at Bihar School of Yoga in 2015. He deepened his understanding of Asana under the guidance of Swami Mahadevananda & Swami Niranjanananda, he strictly following the instructions of his Guru.

Rahul has spent over 3 years in Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Kerala and Madurai. Living a yogi life in an Ashram for three years, Rahul mostly devoted his time in studying and building his knowledge on Asanas, Pranayama and Vedanta. He is well versed in teaching Yoga Nidra and taught as a senior teacher at Sivananda Madurai Centre for a year before heading to metro cities and share knowledge he mastered from his gurus.

Rahul is known for his positive energy, accessible teaching-style, motivating approach as well as powerful and profound adjustments. Observing and adapting to the students’ needs, being both fully engaged and extremely patient, he is successfully teaching them how to safely enter and explore a posture for optimal benefit, often with amazing results.

Bhawni Prasad Anthwal

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Mantra and Meditation Teacher with more than 15 years’ experience.

He completed his M.A in Yoga & P.G.D.Y in Yogic Science from S.J.R Sanskrit collage Rishikesh, Uttrakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar India. Overall 15 years of heart-care multi-faceted experience in yogic science. His forte is Restorative Yoga, as well as Anatomy, Ayurveda, Pranayama, Chronic Pain, Yoga for Trauma, and Yoga for Healthy Aging, Bhawani is passionate about offering Yoga for mind, body and soul. Dealing with yoga and spirituality to teach all label of students. Specialized at teaching Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Flow yoga, Power yoga, Vinyasa yoga, yoga therapy of Breathing, Meditation and Mantras.

He served as Yoga Teacher from 2001 to 2009 at Santikunj, haridwar, India. From 2009 to 2012 as senior yoga teacher at Yoga Niketana Rishikesh, From 2012 to 2019 as Yoga Teacher at Merry Asana in China.

In his personal practice, Bhawani found that yoga offers tremendous healing for both mind and body and seeks to facilitate that process for his students. In his class, one can expect to explore intention with every pose. Bhawani believes in honoring the practice with purpose and using the practice therapeutically as a way of bringing imbalance into balance – whether those imbalances are manifested physically, emotionally, energetically, or spiritually.

Vipin Pundir

Meditation and Yoga Nidra Teacher with more than 15 years’ experience.

Vipin completed his P.G Diploma from P.G Government college Rishikesh and accomplished Yoga Vedanta Course from Sivananda divine life society Rishikesh. He served as Yoga Teacher at Yoga Niketan Rishikesh (2010-2012). Since 2012 Vipin is serving as a yoga and meditation teacher at Naturoville Ayurvedic and Yoga Retreat.

Vipin is an accomplished teacher of different types of Meditation such as mantra meditation, silent meditation and many more. He is known for his powerful meditation and Yoga Nidra classes.

He’s always had an interest in health and wellness of both body and mind and feels fortunate to be able to share this with others through teaching. Vipin hopes to encourage others to bring balance, peace and a sense of connection to their lives through the practice of yoga.
